He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Chermak (Schaffer) of Douglassville, PA; his grandchildren, Jess, Jon, Nicole, Carly, Drew, Justine, Donny, Kaylynn, Cole and Maddie; his great grandchild Marletta; and his brother Tom Chermak.
