He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Joseph Hickey Jr. and Lydia Elizabeth Hickey; and his wife Margaret Hickey. He is survived by: his brother Bert Hickey; his son Patrick Hickey; his close friend Ricki Cotteta; and also Phil.
