He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. Darrah, Sr. and Marjorie E. Darrah (Merritt); and his grandson McKager Samuel Mills. He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Darrah (Kelly); his children, Paul L. Darrah, III (Christine) of Douglassville, PA and Jennifer L. McIlvee of Oley, PA; his sister Marjorie A. Yocom of Douglassville, PA; and his grandchildren, Emily Madison Darrah, Hunter Paul Darrah, Daniel Paul Darrah and Lily Christine McIlvee.
