She was predeceased by: her parents, James Foulkes and Mercedes Foulkes (Donachie); her husband Stanley L. Okuniewski; and her son Thomas J. Okuniewski. She is survived by: her sons, Stanley J. Okuniewski (Linda) of Birdsboro, PA, James B. Okuniewski (Michele) of Chincoteague, VA and John D. Okuniewski (Suzanne) of Birdsboro, PA; her brother James Foulkes of Dallas, PA; and her grandchildren, Miranda, Madeline, Tommy of Trevor, J. D., Ryan, Matthew and Erin.
