Margaret Burke Obituary
In loving memory of Margaret Burke of Douglassville, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on March 24, 2025 at the age of 89. Margaret leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Dirrane and Barbara Dirrane (O'Flaherty); her husband Garrett T. Burke (Tom); and her brother John. She is survived by: her sisters, Mollie, Delia Dirrane of Ireland and Catherine Kilcawley (Jim) of Bronx, NY.; her sons, Kevin Burke (Catherine), Douglas Burke (Lysa), Garrett Burke (Michelle) and Kenneth Burke (Jayne); her grandchildren, Patrick Burke (Kelly Lawler), Clare Butler Burke Nandipati (Uday), Zack Burke (Maurine Lambert), Isabelle Burke (Jake Haas) and Katie Burke; her great grandchild Evelyn Frances Burke; and her friend Mary Ann Sheridan of Fords, NJ. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's RC Church (2007 New Hope St, Norristown, PA 19401). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Patrick Cemetery (2400 Dekalb Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401).
