He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey A. Bechtel (Shollenberger); and his parents, J. Franklin Bechtel and Esther Bechtel (Drumheller). He is survived by: his children, Gregory J. Bechtel (Diana) of Douglassville and Debora Lanier (Stephen) of Elgin; his brothers, David Bechtel of Cape Coral, Florida and Donald Bechtel of Phoenixville; his grandchildren, Daniel Worthington (Faith), Matthew Yurko, Connor Bechtel, Zachary Longin and Austin Longin; and his great grandchild Porsche Worthington. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren.
