Earl E. Haas Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Earl E. Haas of Douglassville, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Earl may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Earl touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley L. Haas (Knorr); his parents, Paul E. Haas and Edna Haas (Bulles); and his brother Calvin Haas. He is survived by: his children, Gary Haas (Sue) of Shillington, Marc Haas (Leslie) of Texas and Diane Noble (Rich) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Brian, Rebecca and Kristin. He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. (2100 Perkiomen Ave, Mt Penn, PA 19606). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Forest Hills Memorial Park (390 W Neversink Rd, Reading, PA 19606).
