He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan Ketcham and Deline Ketcham (Imes); his children, Vicki Ketcham (Christopher) and Alexander (Elizabeth); his sisters, Sara Ketcham and Kate Floyd (Jeremy); and his nephew Dylan Ketcham. He is also survived by his sisters, cousin, friends.
The family requests that donations be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 3551 N. Broad St. Philadelphia, PA 19140 in Dan's honor.
