He was predeceased by: his parent Charles W. Blacketter, Sr.; and his siblings, James Blacketter and Betty Pantella. He is survived by: his spouse Janet M. Blacketter (Solt); his parent Lillian Blacketter (Folkrod); his children, David Blacketter of Pottstown, PA, Cynthia Bailey and Susan Hetrick; his grandchildren, David, Zachary, Renee, Megan and Heather H.; and his great grandchildren, Tristan, Logan, Nathan and Kendell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
