She was predeceased by: her parents, Lafayette B. Wade and Erma C. Wade (Blatt); and her son Jeffrey R. Maddox. She is survived by: her son Michael Maddox (Alma); her sister Pauline D. Brown; her grandchildren, Kalley J. (Jarred Reinert), Nicollette (Michael Pennington), Corinne Maddox, Stowe and Gabby Maddox; and her great grandchildren, Paisley, Norah Reinert, Kennedy Pennington, Kortnee, Andrew Vandegriff, Sophia Prince and Rylynn Maddox.
