Anthony M. Zampella Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony M. Zampella (Douglassville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 5, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Anthony farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Anthony is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Zampella and Josephine M. Zampella (Ianniello); and his daughter Catherine A. LaScala. He is survived by: his children, Anthony L. LaScala, Jr. (Donna) of North Ft, Nicholas R. LaScala (Christina) of Exeter Twp, Vincent J. LaScala of Pottstown, PA and Lisa L. Kuneck (Craig) of West Chester, PA; and his siblings, John Zampella of Muhlenberg Twp and Victoria Johnson (NJ) of Monroe Twp. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception BVM RC Church (905 Chestnut St, Douglassville, PA 19518). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
