He was predeceased by: his parents, Gracie Jane (Derflinger) and Oder L. Cooper; and his siblings, Jane Manuel, Mary Lou Williams and Howard Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Cooper (Frederick); and his children, Chuck Cooper (Lisa) of Culpeper, VA, Tammy Darr (Tim) of Front Royal, VA and Kim Davis (Jeff) of Winchester, VA.. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren, 1 step grandson, and 1 great grandchild.
