He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Kozikowski-Turzak; his stepparent Frank Turzak; his children, Ryan Unger (Tracy) of Kyle Unger and Pap of Kyle Unger; and his siblings, Barbara Douglass (Harry), Christine Novak (late James), Carol Focer (Cathy Fazenbaker), John Kozikowski (Lori) and Joyce Kuchta (Joseph). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
