It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Defazio of Dormont, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alberta M. DeFazio (Krasicki); his children, Joey of Tina Conn, Terri and Jackie Gasiorowski (Mark); his grandchildren, Maria, Michelle, Jessica, Joshua, Samantha, Joey and Noel; and his sisters, Frances Cortese and Josephine DeFazio.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the funeral home is following all CDC and PA State guidelines.
