It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melanie Lynn Gorecki of Dormont, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 31, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Melanie Lynn Gorecki to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid Melanie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Melanie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Zemany and Jean Zemany (Underwood); her granddaughter Josephine Solak; and her siblings, Nancy West (Lee), Linda Gearhart (Jerry) and Spandy Zemany. She was also cherished by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc. (323 4th St, California, PA 15419). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
