She is survived by: her children, Johno Prascak (Maria), Michael Prascak (Mary Anne), Mark Prascak, Mary Simon (Sam), JoAnn Prascak and Christine Lewis (Christopher); her grandchildren, Ashley LaPrade (Charles), Andrew Prascak (Taylor), Lauren Prascak, Aimee Simon, Adrian Lewis and Calvin Lewis; her siblings, William C., Richard G., Dolores Wiehagen and Lawrence J.; and her children, Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor.
