John Vassilaros Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2021, at the age of 78, John Vassilaros of Dormont, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Dean Vassilaros; and his brother Michael Vassilaros. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Louise Vassilaros (Woodhead); his children, Johnny and Jesse; his stepchildren, Shawn Wheeler, Melissa Rafacz and Monica Jones; and his brothers, Gus and Louis. He is also survived by loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

John was happiest when he was feeding people, that is why in lieu of flowers, the family requested memorials be made to your local food bank.
