He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald "Jerry" and Patricia Burgess; his siblings, William (Jeanie) and Kathleen Stangrecki (Thomas); and his nieces and nephews, Terri, Marc, Andrew and Megan.

The family suggests memorials be made in Jeff's name to a charity of one's choice.
