She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mumy and Elizabeth Mumy; and her siblings, Berl and Jeff Mumy. She is survived by: her husband Tom Conley; her children, Theresa Seaman (Jim), Angela Siler (Bill) and Patrick Conley (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Meghan Richardson, Kyle and Max Siler; her stepgrandchildren, Brianna, Nate and Nick Seaman; and her sibling Dale Mumy (Pam) of Arizona. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donating in her name to the American Diabetes Association.
