He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Mary Mallino-Pustelak; and his son Matthew Pustelak. He is survived by: his wife Sarah "Sally" Pustelak (DeiCas); his daughter Natalie Popp (Christopher) of Donora; his grandsons, Matthew and Cristian; his sisters, Donna Pustelak and Debra Span; and his brothers-in-law, Tom DeiCas (Kathy) and Jerry DeiCas. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
