He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus R. Duda and Lillian "Betty" Duda (Bisacky); and his wife Janet Duda (Hayden). He is survived by: his children, Patrick Duda of Monessen, Corey Kalbaugh (Amanda) of Monessen and Rachel Dunseath (Brian) of Dunlevy; his grandchildren, Bryan and Caleb; his daughter Aliyanna; and his sisters, Elizabeth Ann Tis (William) of Verona and Maureen Smith (Leighton II) of North Strabane. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
