She was predeceased by: her parent John Sr.; her husband Steven D. Bartus; her daughter Shawn Rachel Chou; and her siblings, Andrew Poklemba, George Poklemba, John Poklemba, Helen Liwak and Elizabeth Huzdulik.
She is survived by: her parent Susan Poklemba Sr.; her daughter Barbara Bartus Chou Ph; her son-in-law David; and her grandson John Chou. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
