She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon William and Beverly Ann Large Hayden; her husband John George DuCarme; her granddaughter Constance Rusnak; and her siblings, Timothy Large, Denise Hayden and Laura Hayden.
She is survived by: her pets, Lola, Harley and Chip; her children, Christal Waggoner of Monongahela, Amber Rusnak of Donora, Stephanie Clutter of Latrobe, Paul Rusnak (Rikki) of Stockdale and Daniel Johnson of Donora; her brothers, Vernon Hayden, Jr. of McKeesport, Todd Hayden of Castle Shannon, Dale Hayden of Monongahela and Charles Hayden of Donora; and her close friend Linda Cherok. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
