He was predeceased by: his parent Paul D. Sambol; and his siblings, Joseph, John, Steve, William, Eva and Ann.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Brokup Sambol; his wife Rita Sambol (Sadler); his daughter Suzanne; his grandsons, Sam Bradford (Valerie) and Dalton Corbin; his great grandchild Lewis Bradford; and his sisters, Susan Petrus of Ohio and Mary Kassa of Donora. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
