She was predeceased by: her grandparents, George and Nancy Bowman. She is survived by: her parents, Matthew Smith and Kim Smith (Bowman); her husband Josh Jurik; her parents-in-law, John and Denea Jurik; and her grandparents, Diane Smith (King), Walt and Vivian Smith. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
