He is survived by: his parent Frances Perez; his wife Joan Perez (Artis); his daughters-in-law, Frank Perez (Tonya) of Donora and Jeff Perez (Robin) of Belle Vernon; his grandsons, Jeremy Perez, Brandon Perez, Dylan Perez and Logan Perez; and his brothers-in-law, Cindy Quinto (John) of Belle Vernon and Tammy Large (Bruce) of Monessen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
