Joseph Sabol Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2020, at the age of 97, Joseph Sabol of Donora, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Sabol and Veronica Sabol (Mihalek); his former wife Elizabeth Jane Sabol (Saxon); and his siblings, Elizabeth George, Margaret Sabol, Mildred Roman, Cecelia Koskoski, Vera Bolchak, Andrew, John and Thomas Sabol.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Joyce Kopanic (William) of Donora, Nancy Jespersen (Martin) of Rostraver Twp, Mary Brooks (Aaron) of Dumfries, VA and Thomas Sabol (Deborah) of Carroll Twp; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Alaina Ribnicky), Joseph Kopanic (Hailey Faulk), Alyssa Jespersen, Courtney Brooks (Jacob Malmsten) and Jessica Maher (Josh); his great grandchildren, Jackson and Jordan; and his nieces, Donna and Cheryl Koskoski of Donora.
In order to be compliant with the new "norm" of Covid-19 restrictions, attendance will be limited to 50 people at any given time inside the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, 1 Park Manor Road, Donora, PA 15033.
