He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Kostolansky Sr. and Ann Bires Kostolansky. He is survived by: his children, Paula Ferrato (Jim) of Barrington, RI, Mary Wagner (Rick) of Cincinnati, OH, Joseph Kostolansky (Teresa) of Seattle, WA, Michael Kostolansky (Elizabeth) of Summit, NJ and Timothy Kostolansky (Hifumi) of Walnut Creek, CA.; and his siblings, Joan Santangelo of Erie, PA, David Kostolansky (Marge) of Warren, OH and Thomas Kostolansky (Patsy Jo) of Donora, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Joe's name may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation of South Western PA, 575 Lincoln Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15202.
