III, Caralee Coulter of Elizabeth, Shawn Coulter of Donora and Shannon Rhome; his son-in-law Chris Rhome of Monessen; his siblings, Michael (Cile Coulter) of Ormand Beach, FL, Michele (John Hesse) of Patterson, CA, Sally Woods of Monongahela and Laurie Jo Coulter-Scanlon of Monongahela; his grandchildren, Antonio, Vincenzo Rhome, Peyton, Tyler and Emma Coulter; his daughter-in-law Jocelyn Coulter of New Eagle; his brother-in-law Paul Barnes; and his pets, Zippy and Duke.
