She is survived by: her parents, Michael Berestecky and Martha Berestecky (Gresh); her daughters-in-law, Barry Applegate, Eugena Applegate of Monongahela, Randal Applegate and Barbara Applegate of Lewis Center, OH; her grandchildren, Lisa Fonzi (Henry), Leslie Johnston (Michael), Kristen Loehlein (Brian), Benjamin Applegate, Patrick Applegate and Sodiq Khidirov (Farangiz); and her great grandchildren, Hadley Fonzi, Kendall Fonzi and Sabria Khidirov.
