He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Shay (James) of Acme and Scott Pawlak (Carrie) of Acme; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Monosky, Rylee Pawlak, Dylan Pawlak and Jordan Shay; and his great grandchild Mason Brody. He is also survived by the friends and family.
