He is survived by: his wife Dani Rusnak Patch; his children, Christy Leyland (Trevor) of Butler, Jason Patch of Florida, Randy Humbert of Donora, Tyler Patch of Uniontown, Eric Humbert of Hunker, Dylan Patch of Uniontown and Ashley Humbert of Donora; and his sisters, Dina Vickers of Bethel Park, Nancy Robins of Alexandria, VA and Jane Patch of Ft. He is also survived by nine grandchildren with a tenth grandchild on the way; his parents.
