He was predeceased by: his parent Charles F. Mullen; and his sister Lois Podesta. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Mullen (Harrison); his sister Margaret Mullen Walmsley of Erie; and his cousin Richard Harrison of Donora. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
