He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse James and Dorothy James; his sister Joycelyn A. James; and his granddaughter Savannah Hall. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Dow-James of Donora, PA.; his children, Brian (Shebra Hall) of Delaware and Tiffany Scott of Minneapolis; and his grandchildren, Jocelyn Bizzelle, Thomas Jamal Franklin, Sydney Hall and Trent Hall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
