It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecelia Ann Matsick of Donora, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Smith and Marie O'Donnell Smith; her husband Thomas B. Matsick; her children, Thomas B. Matsick Jr. and Susan Fafalios; and her siblings, Helen Marche and John A. Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Anna Marie Gaskill, Pamela Lynn and Michael Matsick (Terri); and her sister Mary Shipley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten Great Grandchildren; nine Great Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc. (40 2nd Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033). A prayer will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Byzantine Rite Catholic Church (511 Murray Ave, Donora, PA 15033).
