She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Perry Sr. and Mary Perry (Toretti); her husband James; her son Perry R. Jericho; and her brother Sam Perry Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, James Jericho Jr. (Roseann) of Carroll Township and Tony Jericho (Kristy) of Rostraver; her grandchildren, James Jericho III (Delia), Gina Cross (Chris), Ashley Montto (Scott) and Lauren Jericho (Adam Bliven); her great grandchildren, Gianna, Bella, Jake, Gia, Rico and Jada; and her siblings, Mary Lou Wilson (Rosemarie) of Carroll Township, Babe and Koscelek (Eugene A. Perry) of Florida. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
