It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Avalon Dunkerton (Donora, Pennsylvania), born in Monessen, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 14, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Shorraw and Rose Dietrich Shorraw; her husband Charles Dunkerton; and her siblings, George, Joseph, Earl, Richard Shorraw, Eleanor Levinsky, Alma Stewart, Ruth DiGiacomo and June Rose Shorraw.
She is survived by: her sister Norma Lee Foat of Silver Springs; and also, John and Wanda Pierce of Charleroi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
