She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Dugan and Maggie Dugan (Shawley). She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Miller, Connie Eachus and Jackie Meyers (Russell); and her grandchildren, Gary Ritenour, Amanda Keller (Mike), Cory Eachus (Jolene), Brandi Morrison (Ben), Kayla Ritenour, Morgan Earnesty (Brandon) and Velasquez. She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren.
