He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth S. Lancaster and Gloria J Lancaster (Steffen); and his great-nephew Thomas J. "Tommy" Dabbs. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Ann (Thomas R. Dabbs, Sr) of Elizabethtown and Donna L Kellett of Baltimore, MD.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and aunts.
