Reffo of Donegal, Pennsylvania, born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix M., Sr. and Rita Luray Lougher Reffo; his wife Janice Plummer Reffo; and his sister Beverly Haake. He is survived by: his children, Richard Reffo (Stacy) of Manassas, VA., Trishtine Harrison (Douglas) of Butler and Tori Smith (Scott) of Springfield, TN; his grandchildren, Jacob Carney, Madison Harrison, Alex Smith, Hunter Harrison, Kaylee Reffo and Brittany Smith; and his sister Janet Bollinger (Charles) of Latrobe.
