It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alex Petro Jr. of Dixonville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Petro Sr. and Mary Petro (Senchism); his daughter Karen Petro; his stepsons, Michael, David and Ralph Kline; his stepgrandson Michael Kline; and his siblings, Josephine, Irene, George, Wasko, John and Michael Petro.
He is survived by: his wife Gertrude Yvonne Kline Petro (Geisel) of Dixonville; his daughter Sharon Petro; his stepdaughter Donna Bednarik (Robert) of Maryland; his grandchildren, Wendell Petro, Brandy Cordero-Irizarry (Jerry), Erik Wyland (Kathy), Amanda Myatt (Carlton), Stacey Rosado (Derek) and Taylor Kline; and his siblings, Frank Petro of Clymer and Mary Petro of Clymer. He is also survived by his 9 great grandchildren.
