He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen J. Wysocki and Wanda Wysocki. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Wysocki; his sisters, Jean Evans (Frederick T. Evans) and Alice Wolfe; his nephew Frederick J. Evans; and his niece Michelle Bublick.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital OR Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Kanab, Utah, in care of the funeral home in loving memory of Stephen.
