It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Rowe of Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on March 11, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph R. and Frances Rowe (Montana); his wife Eileen Rowe; his daughter Cara Lynn Ashton (Larry); his brother Donald Rowe; his grandchildren, Emery Ashton, Scarlett Ashton, Clayton Ashton and Lily DelGuidice; and his stepchildren, Michael Vaughan and Heather Vaughan.
Due to the COVID-19 state guidelines only fifteen guests will be allowed in at a time.
