It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oliver B. Simmons III of Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver B. and Mary Simmons Jr. (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Simmons (Boyd); his children, Jeffrey Simmons and Laura Matthews; and his siblings, David Simmons, Jon Simmons, Frederic Simmons and Sharon Bruder. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
