She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Shipps, and Margaret Shipps, Sr. (Cooper); her husband Wallace McCollum; and her siblings, Ella, Maria and Edward.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lester Shipps (Carol), Clifford Shipps (Virginia), Howard Shipps (Lauribel), Steven Shipps and Marylou Woolf (Jim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Delaware Cemetery.
