She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Lupardo and Lucy Lupardo (Cole). She is survived by: her son James A. Oetzel Sr. (Francesca) of Dingmans Ferry, PA; her grandchildren, Jillian Oetzel of Middletown, NY and James A. Oetzel Jr. (Laura) of Newburgh, NY.; her great grandchild Audrey; her brother Angelo Lupardo (Patricia) of Greenback, TN; and her nieces and nephews, Kathleen (James), Christine (Barney), Angie (Brian), Rich (Brenda), Edwin (Annamarie) and Gretchen (Anthony).
