He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth (Diaz); and his parents, John Soto and Alejandrina Soto (Gonzalez). He is survived by: his children, Merit Hartzell (Barry) of Lansdale, PA and Nestor of Dingmans Ferry, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
