She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Wood and Edna Wood (Springer); her husband Jesse Wells, Sr.; her son Jesse Wells, Jr.; her children-in-law, Robert Heed and Candy Wells; and her siblings, Art, Howard, Donald, Ronald Wood, Gertrude Sickler and Irene Carey.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Heed and Jerry Wells; her daughter-in-law Marda Wells; her siblings, Leonard Wood (Karen), Julie Farr (Rolland) of Statesville, NC and Viola Hollister; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Wells, Calif, Amanda Rozell (Jason), Robert Heed (Amber), Lacey DiGirolamo (Joseph) and Jessica Palmer (Nate) of Atlanta, GA..
