He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Albert and Irene Fowhl Albert; and his siblings, Vernon Albert and Ethel Firestone. He is survived by: his wife Joyce R. Hopple Albert; his daughters, Julie A. Fisher (Barry) of Lehighton, PA and Myrna J. Albert of York Springs; his grandchildren, Amy Fisher and Michael Fisher; and his great grandchildren, Kailie Fisher and Angelyna Fisher.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to his church, Dillsburg Community Church, 412 Mountain Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019.
