It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxane Stroup Brown (Dillsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on September 12, 2018, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Charles E. Sr.. She is survived by: her parent Patricia E. Stroup (Mariani); her sons, Steven Stidham, Kara Conlee of Dillsburg, PA, Patrick Stidham and Fiancée Caitlin Reese of Hanover, PA; her grandchildren, Aubree Brubaker, MacieLee Brubaker and Arabella Stidham; and her siblings, Charles Stroup, Jr (Tonya) of Stevensville, MD, Cindy Gover (Tim) of Dallastown, PA and Leah Miller (Scott) of New Freedom, PA. She is also survived by many aunts, uncle, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray the cost of funeral expenses.
